He previously served as CTO and COO at PMA Technologies, where he played a key role in developing industry-leading scheduling and risk analysis tools used on major capital programs.
A recognized expert in project controls, scheduling, and change management, Tim has led large-scale program and project initiatives, developed training programs, and helped organizations align technology with business outcomes. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), with a strong track record of advancing practical, field-driven approaches to improving project performance.
