This session explores the practical use of retainage bonds in Washington State, including recent legal changes that have left many contractors uncertain. Our panel of surety and legal experts will discuss eligibility, risks, contract considerations, and best practices so subcontractors can make informed decisions on future projects.

Alliance Northwest, March 25-26

The 40th Annual Alliance Northwest is the largest business-to-government conference in the Pacific Northwest. This event features an exhibit hall, high-quality workshops and pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings between government representatives, primes, and businesses. Hosted by Thurston Economic Development Council, home of APEX ACCELERATORS, Alliance Northwest has a strong history of providing quality outreach events for government representatives to connect with small and diverse businesses.

2026 ASA-Washington Fall Golf Classic, Sept. 17
